I'm sure most of you have noticed a popular trend on Pinterest, Fashion Freax and fashion blogs of pretty models and fashion bloggers wearing neon shoes, accessories, jewelry etc. With so many popular trends out there it's hard to distinguish which trends are going to stick around and which ones will be tossed away with yesterdays newspaper. So instead of investing your hard earn money on a trend why not get creative and design your very own neon jewelry.
